Compelled to Care Grays Harbor Family Dinner

We know it is not easy. We want foster, adoptive, and kinship families to be encouraged and supported by enjoying a monthly dinner with a community of like-minded people with something for the kids as well. Here’s what you can expect:
FOOD
Adults are served a family style meal while children are served a kid-friendly meal in their classrooms. We cannot accommodate dietary restrictions. Please feel free to bring a dinner from home or a local restaurant.
CHILDCARE
Childcare is provided by Harbor City Church. Please register for childcare and provide as much information about your kids so that we can prepare as needed.
PROGRAM
The adult program rotates every month between training, speakers and fun events. Children receive a new lesson plan every month that includes organized activities, free play and crafts.
PRE-REGISTRATON IS REQUIRED
Registration is required so that we can plan for enough childcare volunteers and provide enough food. We understand that foster parents have kids added after registrations are turned in or you may get busy and forget. We will never turn anyone away, but we ask that you do your best to pre-register.
TRAINING HOURS
Training hours are provided for trainings, but not for every dinner.
