Dear Community Partners and Stakeholders,

The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) is excited to host a conversation with national leaders on Making Education Work for Justice-Involved Youth. This year Secretary Hunter is serving as a member of the legislatively-mandated Improving Institutional Education Programs and Outcomes Task Force, to inform the conversation and provide recommendations on improving education access and outcomes in institutional settings. DCYF is providing an opportunity for task force members and stakeholders to hear from national leaders doing this important work.

Please join us on Monday, October 5 from 1 – 3 p.m. as education leaders from across the country share insights on their education programs and what makes them successful. There will be two, one-hour segments with time for questions and answers at the end of each segment.
