Pierce County Caregivers
Please Read Carefully - The Wishing Well will be holding our Annual Gift Event for Pierce County foster children, however, due to COVID caregivers must Pre-Register this year. Only foster youth with an open dependency case are eligible for gifts. See attached flyer for all of the details.
You must include the following in your email to Leslie:
- Caregivers Full Name
- Child(ren)’s full name, age, and gender
- Child’s social worker’s full name
- Licensed with State, Agency (if so, which one), EFC Youth, or Unlicensed Kinship Caregiver
